Planning Solution Architect, Group IT

Want to be in the center of supply chain and use your knowledge to bridge Rapid Response (APS) with D365FO (ERP) and SalesForce? Then join us as our Planning Solution Architect responsible for the architecture of GN’s Rapid Response planning system.

The team you will be part of
As our new Planning Solution Architect, you will be based either at our global HQ located in Ballerup, Denmark, or working remote and report to the Director of Supply Chain Solutions, Christian Vindegaard Grønberg.

Overall Supply Chain Solutions are responsible for delivering solutions to our supply and consists of 11 highly technical, passionate, and supportive colleagues – all are looking forward to welcoming you to the team.

Your contribution is appreciated…
We have recently implemented the advanced planning tool Rapid Response by Kinaxis for all business units. The main objective of implementing the application is to support the business high growth and efficiency by creating a digital twin of our supply chain to improve the planning functionalities and improve transparency.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the application is implemented successfully and delivers business value. A key priority is to define solutions, where Rapid Response - and our ERP solutions - are working seamless together. Moreover, you provide guidance to the organization for how the solution should be configured to fulfill business requirement and deliver value.

This will require you to:

• Design, configure, develop, and deploy Rapid Response solutions for GN Audio and GN Hearing
• Ensure the solutions are continuously improved and optimized
• Deliver advice to users and colleagues on how to benefit from using Rapid Response functionality
• Work close together with your team colleagues

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you are team-orientated and work independently, when required. You are ambitious, result-oriented with an open mind-set for collaborating. You have well developed stakeholder and project management abilities. Furthermore, you are accountable and able to work in an organization in a rapidly changing environment and you are used to work Agile.

Moreover, we imagine that you have:

• Some years of relevant experience working with supply chain planning solutions (Slimstock, AGR, Rapid Response, Anaplan, SAP IBP or similar tools)
• Well-developed project-, stakeholder and change management abilities
• Expert knowledge within supply chain planning functionality
• A good general business understanding and that you are a fast learner
• The ability to inspire the system users and your colleagues
• The ability to document system requirements, making specifications and configure solutions
• Conceptual thinking with the ability to deliver within scope, on time and within budget
• A relevant educational background within Supply Chain, IT, Operations or other related field of study
• Fluently in written and spoken English
