• What is the recruitment process for your Management Trainee Programme?

  The recruitment process is a very thorough one, which gives you the chance to see whether British American Tobacco is the right place for you, and us the chance to see whether you have what it takes! It can take up to three months and will take you through a number of different stages:
  • Psychometric testing online
  • Competency based telephone interview
  • Assessment Centre
  • Head of Function Interview
  And, if by the end of the process, you like what you see, you’ve given your best and we can see you are ready for your place on the Management Trainee Programme, an exciting new career will lie ahead, just waiting to open your mind to new ideas, places and experiences!
