Senior Research Technician for R&D Formulation

Your day at Ferring As a senior research technician, you will spend most of your time in the lab, where your primary role will be to prepare, plan, and perform pharmaceutical development work, including stability studies.

You will also be responsible for:

• Preparing, planning, compiling, and presenting data to your supervisor and team
• Maintenance, qualification, and calibration of instruments and equipment used in the department (typically, you will be responsible for at least three instruments)
• Maintenance of laboratory equipment according to specific studies
• Working according to safety and quality regulations (SOPs)

We are also looking for you to bring:

• Industry experience with a broad range of characterization techniques
• Experience in pharmaceutical development of parenteral dosage forms of peptides and proteins (and experience with other modalities and dosage forms is a plus)
• Great communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• A solution-oriented mindset and a positive approach to problem-solving
